The setting for this year’s ARGFest is “The Capital of the South” – Atlanta.

What was once a city of conflict, from being burned to the ground during Sherman’s March to the Sea to seeing the rise of the Civil Rights movement, is now a city of play. Atlanta’s gaming, media, and artist communities are booming with a number of studios making their home in the greater Atlanta area and some of the nation’s top new media programs attracting creative minds to the city. And that’s not even mentioning the fact that its one of the greenest cities in the nation – filled with parks & vibrant public spaces enticing folks to have fun outside.

The Fest in ARGFest is a two day gaming festival held in Midtown Atlanta the weekend of July 17 & 18.

Two days of location-based games, scavenger hunts, street games, and fun field games all created by some of the best game designers around.
